A Founding Member of PromoStandards

Essent is a proud Founding Member of PromoStandards, a group of a group of distributors, suppliers, and service providers dedicated to improving supply chain efficiency in the promotional products industry. The group defines and writes integration standards that allow distributors and suppliers to integrate for more efficient transactions and a more efficient supply chain.

As a Founding Member with representatives on the PromoStandards board, Essent co-authors the standards used to quickly and automatically communicate common business information including inventory, orders status, product information, transaction documents, and more.

Essent uses the PromoStandards protocol, and other protocols, to implement digital trading partner integration on the OrderTrax Network. OrderTrax is a mature, proven integration network that features more than 5,000 trading partner connections that have been used to exchange business information more than 20 million times. Companies can integrate once through OrderTrax, using the PromoStandards protocol, to become connected to many trading partners.
