Essent is a proud member and partner of Promotional Products Association International (PPAI). Since joining PPAI in 2003, Essent has continually listened to the technology needs of companies in the promotional products industry. We then create the solutions, building them into our platforms for business management, ecommerce, and digital integration. We’re continuously tailoring our technology offerings to meet the unique needs of our customers, including those in the promotional products industry.

Essent deepened its reach in the promotional products industry in 2010 with the acquisition of the OrderTrax Network from PPAI. OrderTrax allows buyers (distributors) and sellers (suppliers), including those in the promotional products industry, to communicate common business information quickly and automatically rather than slowly by phone and email. The result is more efficient transactions. Supporting ANSI X12, cXML, ePSA, PromoStandards, and other public and proprietary standards, OrderTrax allows companies to integrate using the standards of their choosing.

Essent has annually sponsored PPAI events, including the PPAI Technology Summit, which is the go-to educational event for IT professionals, and the PPAI North American Leadership Conference, which delves into the most relevant, top-of-mind business issues and ideas impacting the promotional products industry. Essent also has exhibited annually at the PPAI Expo, which is PPAI’s flagship tradeshow.
